James R. Kalish possesses more than 40 years of experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration and federal and state tax law. Mr. Kalish was born in 1943, earned a degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, earned his law degree from St. Louis University and was licensed to practice in Illinois in 1969. Mr. Kalish has great knowledge of every facet of tax law, from income tax planning to estate tax preparation to federal gift tax returns. He is also an authority on helping clients form corporations, LLCs and partnerships. Mr. Kalish shares his expertise by speaking at National Business Institute seminars.
